Pauket is a SaaS platform with a suite of products like Deal Day(Mobile Application), Pauket Edge(Web Application), Pauket Elevate(Mobile Application) and Pauket pages.

We were up to build a platform for people to create tailored coupon campaigns and track campaign performances more efficiently.

Deal Day: A mobile application for end consumers with numerous available coupons listed from the pauket edge and other partners. Deals day has a user-friendly interface ensures that you can quickly find and share deals without any hassle.

Pauket Edge: A web application to business merchants to create and manage coupon campaigns, manage ads and others. Pauket Elevate: A Mobile application to business merchants to validate customer coupons through QR code scanning or manual code input

To build a merchant friendly Web application for business merchants to seamlessly create and manage coupon campaigns. And to build a mobile application for end users to explore versatile offers and activate/redeem coupons seamlessly through mobile app and in browser as well.&nbsp;

Since this is a Saas product, we had to design the product that adapts for most of the industry's coupon needs and the campaign creation process has to be as simple as possible.

Understanding the key users' needs and pain points was the initial and important challenge we had. We had extensive User interviews with stakeholders and few business owners to understand their coupon campaigns process

We framed multiple user flows to understand the business merchants, Instore managers and general public who want to save through coupons and other formats.

We had to build the product in a short span of time to take the MVP to the market as soon as possible. So we planned to finalize the design process with limited research and limited design iterations. With basic research we developed information architecture for all the products.

Reimagining Coupon Campaigns and Coupon Tracking with Pauket

Sales buddy is a mobile application design project, In olam group they needed a mobile for sales representative to improve their efficiency and at the same time they wanted to track their performances on daily basis with the supervisors.

I collaborated with the stakeholders and my design team by receiving app requirements and design the app.

The sales team lacked a tool to get a heads up on their daily schedule, target, Product stock availability and the process to place an order for a dealer to the warehouse. And the supervisors have to manually follow up each of the sales team members performance metrics, availability and other data. This was a major hurdle in understanding the scenario of any problem at the right time.

Due to lack of a sales tool both the sales representatives and the supervisors had manually made all the operations like placing orders, Checking product availability and sales representative performance tracking had been a time consuming process.

To digitize important workflows which were time-consuming and improve the efficiency of sales reps and supervisors in their daily activities.

To digitize the daily activities of sales reps/supervisors in the mobile application and simplify the process to increase the effectiveness and efficiency thereby.

Understanding the key users' needs and pain points was the initial and important challenge we had. We had extensive User interviews with stakeholders, Area managers and supervisors to understand each of the users day to day work activities on site.

We framed multiple user flows that sales representatives and supervisors do as their daily tasks. We reiterated the brainstorming session internally and with the stakeholder side at different stages of the design process.

A glimpse of screens during the early design process is below. We had done multiple iterations on each flow like planning a day’s journey, Placing an order for dealer, Checking the weekly monthly target amount wise and product wise for sales representative and Sales reps wise performance metrics, more inclusively product wise and revenue wise top performers flow had been reimagined.

We had multiple reviews with the stakeholder team to make sure the flow achieved is on track to the field workers.&nbsp;
